Susana Matos-Kruck - Founder/President
Having been raised in a bicultural and bilingual home, Susana
grew up with a true appreciation for cultural diversity and the
myriad of challenges and opportunities that come with it. She
earned a dual Masters degree from the College of New Jersey in
Educational Administration and Bilingual/English as a Second
Language to enhance her capacity to effect positive change for all
students.

- vice principal of Columbia Middle School in Berkeley Heights
- director of Marion P. Thomas Charter School in Newark.
Teacher experience:
- fifth and sixth grade teacher at Kaohsiung American School in
Taiwan - first grade teacher at Colegio Maya International School in
Guatemala - fifth grade bilingual teacher in Camden, New Jersey
