Raising expectations and meeting them
We add value by providing the comprehensive guidance, support and on-the-job training for teachers, administrators, and parents to Up the Bar on the quality of education their students experience.
The first step in the consulting process is to perform a needs analysis of the district. What are the strengths and challenges? How can we add value? Based on the analysis, a tailored program of professional development is created.
In order to secure a high degree of fidelity to implementation (one of the most elusive factors to PD), not only do we train and coach teachers, we also work closely with administrators so that they are aware of the learning taking place and can adjust their expectations and support accordingly. Because parents are powerful stakeholders in the educational process, we also provide interactive workshops so that they may target their support at home.
Professional development - when a clear message of learning and its expectation of implementation are clearly aligned throughout the district.
